Founded by engineer Harry Williams in the 1940s, Williams grew into the defining force of pinball’s modern age. Its 1990s machines, Medieval Madness, Monster Bash and Tales of the Arabian Nights among them, are widely considered the peak of the art, and the company left the business in 1999 at the height of its powers. The community has recreated 210 Williams games spanning 1949 to 1998.
