Register for free, play your qualifying games whenever suits you, and fight through to the finals. Formats follow IFPA rules, every game is checked, and the podium earns patches for their profile.
Every tournament has a qualifying stage and, often, a finals stage. The formats follow the rules used at real pinball tournaments run under the IFPA.
Qualifying
Best game
Play any table as often as you like. Only your best score on each table counts.
Qualifying
Card qualifying
Play a card’s games in order, one after another. Your best card counts.
Qualifying or finals
Match play
Each round your group plays one table, and points go by where you finish in the group.
Qualifying or finals
Strike knockout
Groups play the same table each round. Finish down the group and take strikes. Collect too many and you are out.
Finals
PAPA groups
Groups play a set of games each round, and the top of each group goes through to the next.
Finals
Head to head
A seeded bracket. Win your match and move on, round by round, to the final.
How it works
Register. Qualify. Take the podium.
01
Register in the app
Open Compete, pick a tournament and tap Register. Entry is free. Some events are invite only.
02
Play on your own time
Launch each game from the tournament screen, any time before the round closes. Every table is locked to one version, so everyone plays the same machine.
03
Finals and patches
The top qualifiers go through to the finals. The podium earns patches for their profile, and some events add a prize on Discord.
Fair play
Every game is checked
A tournament is only worth winning if everyone played the same game. These rules hold for every event.
Scores read from the game
Your final score is read from the table’s own display, never typed in.
One version per table
Each table is locked to a single release, checked when your game starts.
Games are recorded
Tournament games are recorded, so organisers can watch any game back.
Rulings before results
Disputed games are reviewed by the organisers before any result is final.
