Two ways to reach us. Discord is the fast one, and most questions are already answered there. Email is better for anything private, or anything with an order number attached.
Discord
The Pocket Pinball Discord is where the team and a few hundred other players actually are. A table that will not load, a ROM you cannot place, a DMD staying stubbornly black: post it there and you will usually have an answer the same day, often from someone who hit the same thing last week. New builds get announced there first.

Use email for merch orders, refunds and delivery, press and partnership enquiries, anything to do with your data or deleting your account, and anything you would rather not post in public.
Reporting a bug
Whichever channel you use, four lines get it fixed much faster: your phone model, your Android version, the table and which version of it, and what you were doing just before it went wrong. If the app closed on its own, say so, because that leaves a crash report we can match up.
